About Bob Bronston
My
family and I have been East Manatee County residents for thirty years. My wife, Francine, works at McNeal Elementary School
and worked for many years at Braden River Elementary. My daughter,
Amy, attended K-8 at Braden River Elementary and Braden River Middle
Schools, high school at Cardinal Mooney in Sarasota, and graduated from
Florida State University, where she earned degrees in Political Science
and Public Relations.
Real
estate is something of a family tradition. My father was a custom home
builder in Cincinnati, Ohio, and his wife was a REALTOR® for over forty
years in both Cincinnati and Cape Coral.
I
have a B.S. from the State University of New York in Science Education
but worked most of my time as a Human Resources trainer and manager, and
as a VP/General Manager of a customer service-oriented small business.
I am a member of the Sarasota Board of Realtors, Florida Association of
Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. I serve on the
Board of Directors of a condominium association and have been a past
president of an HOA. I also have served on the Sarasota Board of
Realtors Ethical Grievance Committee. I am certified in residential
construction (RCC) and I am a Certified New Home Specialist (CNHS).
Additionally, I am e-Certified and have a SFR credential as a Short Sale
and Foreclosure Resource. Honesty, integrity and professionalism are
extremely important to me. In fact, the highest compliment I can receive
is for a past customer to refer a new customer to me for those reasons.
At
various times I have been (or still am) an avid golfer, photographer,
sailor, boater, scuba diver, fisherman and kayaker. I also dabble in
sporting clays at Lakewood Ranch's own Ancient Oak Gun Club which, even
if you know nothing about shooting, is a lot of fun! For me, no other
place in America can match our corner of the world. I'd appreciate the
opportunity to share my enthusiasm for living here with you.
Whatever
your real estate needs may be, I am here to help you. If you are
looking for an agent to "SELL" you something, well, keep looking because
that's not me. I work as a consultant, an advisor, an advocate, a
marketer, etc., but I'm not a fan of pushy or flashy salespeople and I
won't act as one. I don't get listings by pretending that I can get
more money than is realistically possible in the current market and that
assessment is backed up with unbiased MLS information. Buyers who work
with me are always given an analysis of the property's market value
before making their offer so they know they aren't overpaying and that
the property will appraise for their loan. My efforts are focused on
serving your needs and I am very proud of the fact that the Five Star
organization and Sarasota Magazine have recognized me, based on customer
surveys, as being in the top 7% of agents in Customer Satisfaction six consecutive years in a row.
